Per capita personal income in the county rose 1.2 percent in 2013 to $40,979, according to data released Thursday by the U.S. Bureau of Economic Analysis. York County ranked 22nd among Pennsylvania's 67 counties in personal income per person., according to BEA, which is part of the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Your most recent debacle is the introduction or passage of the Pension Plan Funding Act for both residents and nonresidents who have no vote or representation in the city. You have no justification or excuse to impose these taxes in lieu of your responsibility to reasonably provide affordable services and protections to the community.
