Pennsylvania state troopers say a 5-month-old baby may have been left alone for more than 11 hours with a dead woman's body in a suburb outside of Pittsburgh. The woman's body was found at a home in Mars, Butler County Wednesday night and state police said they suspect foul play.

The Butler County sheriff's office says the men fell some 100 feet after their scaffolding failed in a rural area. Sgt. Randall Lambert says one man was dead at the scene Friday evening, while the second was pronounced dead as efforts were made to get him to a hospital via Air Care helicopter.

Russell Miller, 49, was arrested about 5 p.m. at his home on Laurel Lane and charged with impersonating a public servant. He allegedly pretended to be Zappala when he went into Rollie's tobacco shop on Route 8 in Center Township on Wednesday, told an employee he had been shorted on merchandise, and made off with two packs of cigarettes.

The Rodfathers of Butler is moving Cruise-A-Palooza - a two decade tradition - to the Butler Farm Show grounds in Connoquenessing Township in 2015. The problem, organizers say, is a proposal by the city to increase the amount organizations reimburse the city for police and maintenance costs from 25 percent to 50 percent.

Candace Kelly, of Sarver, was originally charged last fall after authorities found 64 pounds of hydroponically grown marijuana and nearly $400,000 in cash at her home in Buffalo Township.
